Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to review product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
To report an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence showing the fault or damage
Assessment & Resolution
Once your claim is reviewed, we will advise whether a replacement, refund, or alternative resolution will be provided. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Made-to-Order & Decorative Items
Certain items, including made-to-order or custom décor pieces, are not eligible for return unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to a fault or error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered. We do not accept returns without prior approval.
Consumer Rights
